Returns & Exchanges

At Google Fashion, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all smart-tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or Google Store collection point to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
